How is everybody??? I hope that you are all safe and healthy!!!

Though I do have another recipe here for Salsa, my friend Courtney made this one for work. How easy and tasty!!! This makes a great dish to bring to a party or have at your own party! You must try it!!!

Here are the simple ingredients:

2 cans Petite Diced Tomatoes with Jalapeno and Habanero

1 can Whole Kernel Corn

1 Red Onion, chopped

1 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro

1 Lime

Dash of Salt and Pepper (optional)

How to put it together:

Empty the 2 cans of diced tomatoes into a bowl.

Drain the corn and add to the bowl.

Add the chopped onions, cilantro.

Squeeze the juice of the lime in.

Add a dash of salt and pepper if you wish.

Stir together.

Cover and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for all the flavors to meld together.

Dip your favorite chip and ENJOY!!!!
