Snowy Connecticut Morning

They predicted that the snow would start last night. Well it did. When I got up this morning, it was snowing like crazy , though not a lot of accumulation. I come downstairs, look outside, and to my surprise….a whole family of turkeys walking by! What came to mind besides grabbing my phone to take a picture??? Turkey with Mole Sauce!!!

Turkey with Mole Sauce is a traditional Mexican dish, but since my grandmother Avita (my mom’s mom) was raised in Mexico, we learned to make it. I see that dish coming up here soon! What do you think?
